(CLOSED) Last Commission Slot, then hiatus until February

First of all I would like to thank you all that have helped me with getting more than the half my money back by commissioning me! (I'm referring to the previous journal in which I explained how I got scammed) I truly appreciate it and love you all! Bless all the good souls that also tipped me! <3
Also my bank contacted me and told me that the case is now closed. I will not get my money back. They tried reversing the transaction, and that was not approved. End of story.
What they actually did was contact the account owner who got my money (the scammer) through their respective bank, asked if they could reverse the transaction, the scammer said "no" (DUH) and so, I guess they can't do anything. And the police can't do shit either. So that's amazing. If I knew they would just ask for permission from the scammer, I would have never started the investigation. This is the dumbest thing.
Just imagine: "Excuse me, Mr. Bulglar, you robbed us. Could you give me back my stolen goods? Also if you say no, there are no legal prosecutions against you."
Yeah, I am not sure why this was even an attempt.
Well it's that time of the year when I need to sit my butt down and start learning for exams. The winter vacation, will not be a 'vacation' for me. Almost right after the holidays, all my exams start, so I need to realize that I have to slow down a bit and start studying. Sure I can draw from time to time to relax a bit, but I would prefer to do that at my own pace without knowing that someone is waiting for me. So no commissions during the exam phase for me. It can get quite stressing.
So for anyone that was still hoping to get a piece from me, here's your chance to commission me. Otherwise it's very likely I will put a pause on commissions until February.]
Sketches I can take more, as they do not take me too long to work on them. Traditional and digital paintings only one, though!

Mini T.O.S.:
- Payment is to be paid in full beforehand through Paypal.
- Refunds work the following way: If I am unable to work on your commission, out of whatever reason, I will refund you the full payment. If you have to back out, I will refund you the amount of money worth what I have not finished. For example if I have already started your commission and I am already at the sketching phase, I may only offer you back the full amount minus the sketch price.
- A ref page is not necessary, but it's definitely useful!
- I can offer you a WIP screenshot of my sketch, right before I start painting, if you would like me to, for no extra cost. I can also fix small mistakes as long as they are easy to fix, or in the beginning/sketching phase.
- If there is any delay on my side, or any unexpected life updates that might delay your commission, I will let you know! Communication is key!
- I work with photos, references, textures, etc.. If you're not okay with that, please do not commission me.
