Out Of One Frying Pan & Into Another... Oh joy...! xP

I actually was stupid enough to think that things were finally going to turn around once & for all when I had such an outpouring of support in a time of severe financial need. Shame on me for having thought that, it seems...
Back on Nov 22nd, while I was headed home from work, my minivan got sent into an immediate spinout by a patch of black ice (I was even going 15 under due to the snowy/slippery conditions) which sent me towards the southbound lane where the backend of my minivan got clipped by a passing semi-truck. I was thankfully not injured, but the damage to my minivan will more than likely declare it totalled. This wouldn't be so bad if it didn't mean having to wait around on insurance companies to resolve this & issue a check... on top of the fact that I will now need to try & make room in my budget for a car payment now too... "Exactly" what I need.
This is made harder by the fact I am making a 40-50 mile round trip commute to my work each day, so, having to bum rides when I can (it's not always guaranteed) and I already rented a rental car for as long as I could. And of course, once again, this bullshit put me behind on rent once more. Even more fun... I ended up getting hit super hardcore with the flu this weekend & it's been kicking my ass to the point I can barely get out of bed. I am hoping to be on enough mend today to be able to get a ride to work & get through a 12-hour shift to make up for the fact I missed two days of work... Ugh...
Life, I get I am a favorite of yours to come at with your pants down, but how about giving me a break for a while, please?
This is too much all at once & I cannot keep up with all of this.
Please, let enough be enough already.
