i want a bustyHusky fursuit so badly

I have a budget of 2500$ to pay for a good quality bustyHusky fursuit.
But I'm looking for Quality with a capital Q, and might pay more so long as I get VERY good fidelity, so it has to be completely custom, no using premade heads.
At some point a high accuracy front/back/side reference has to be made.
But aaAAAAAAAAAA there's so many barriers to it, with the worst one being that I don't know where to begin. How do you look for fursuit makers that are very skilled? Are there even any makers that would ship a fursuit to Malta?
It really does sounds like a tall order, right? Well... well.. but.. um..
Yeah, I can't think of any counter-argument to that
So as things are, I will keep dreaming on..
