Spending Freeze

Guess who's on a spending freeze! This guy right here!
As much as I love FurAffinity and its loving community, I think I need a break from it. I had some really bad work related stuff happen and I've been using FA as a distraction from getting important stuff done.
This wouldn't be the first time I've let procrastination get at me, but I'm hoping it'll be one of the last, or at least help me to better manage my procrastination.
Disable my account? Probably not. Is there a way to mute notifications or submissions and stuff that doesn't directly affect me? I have yet to find a way.
I mean seriously, I spent my first paycheck on FA stuff. I don't regret it, but I think I should manage my money better which has not happened lately. I'm still waiting on 19-20 pieces right now over the course of 1-2 months. I'm ranting. I'll stop here.

my first week i spent alot of money to establish my self and i was doing the same what i do is limit my spending with a spreadsheet and only allow a certain ammount a month and that keeps me in check. I hope it all gets better and i know the thing i do might not help but i do hope it gets better

Thanks Smokey, I appreciate the advice. Ironically I did make a spreadsheet halfway through and it's helped put everything into perspective.
