Terms of Service:
I reserve the right to refuse service for any reason
I do not offer line edits to anything, your character(s) must fit the base offered
Anything I deem complex can be charged an additional fee
Payment must be made before work is started
Once you receive the finished work, I WILL NOT ISSUE A REFUND
If I feel you are problematic, I have the right to block you, no reason given
If you have not paid me, I have the right to do whatever I wish with your art/commission
Until payment is complete, I OWN YOUR ART, YOU DO NOT
I require credit for my work on things if you reupload it or use it on other sites (A link back will suffice.)
Payments not received within 24 hours of completion of product are subject to additional fees
If you claim a slot on any of my YCHs, you must pay within 24/48 hours or I will not do the work
I will send you an invoice via paypal for your purchase, this is for my safety and yours
When purchasing NSFW/Mature art, you agree you are 18+ years of age (If you are not and purchase this art, you do NOT hold the artist responsible as they are unaware of your actual age and assume you are of legal age due to paying via paypal.)
Any YCH purchased on a base must give proper credit to the base artist.
I reserve the right to change/edit this TOS as I see fit
Terms of Service for Adoptables:
Payment is due within 24 hours of claiming the adoptable (I may not send an invoice RIGHT away or respond right away to claims. I have health issues so I'm not near my computer a lot. The FIRST person to claim gets my attention FIRST on the adoptable.)
Edits to adoptables are not allowed. (You want any sort of edit, ask me, and I MAY provide it at an EXTRA cost AFTER you purchase the adoptable for the FULL price.)
You are allowed to sell the adoptable for the price you paid for it (NO MORE unless art is attached to the adoptable)
You will receive a non-watermarked version upon purchase of the adoptable (This will be sent to the email you provide)
I will invoice you for the price of the adoptable via paypal
I can provide a NSFW reference for an adoptable - Unless I have stated otherwise
Gender of adoptables can not be changed unless otherwise specified on that particular adoptable
Color palettes will be available on your adoptables ref sheet once you purchase it
Any adoptables not paid for within 24 hours of the invoice being sent are forfeited and will result in you being blacklisted from further purchasing
Any adoptable purchased will be sent in a high resolution file, this will be sent to the email provided
Custom adoptables are available, but you have to persuade me to make them
I will not do holds on adoptables, they are first come first serve
All adoptables are unique and designs will not be repeated
If purchasing a mature or NSFW adoptable you agree that you are 18+ years of age when purchasing (If you are not and purchase an adoptabe you do NOT hold the artist responsible as they are unaware of your actual age and assume you are of legal age due to paying via paypal.)
Accounts that seem like they have been inactive for a very long time or seem very new will be asked to provide another form of a more active social activity. (Social activity examples: Twitter, Deviantart, e621. THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE PRIVATE DISCORD.) (This is so I am not having an adoptable false claimed or ghost held.)
Any adoptable purchased MUST give PROPER credit to the base artist as well.
I can add to these terms at any time and change the terms at any time.
With both terms of service you understand that any terms broken will result in an immediate blacklist/ban.
