Terms of Service:

I reserve the right to...
- Cancel any project with or without warning. (See Cancellations)
- Refuse any project with or without reasoning prior to payment.

When purchasing art from me, please note the following;
- Your address is NOT necessary. Please, if possible, do not include it.
- Payment is only to be accepted through PayPal, in USD only.
- Please allow 7-10 days for art to be completed.

Once you have purchased the art...
- You have the right to change their species, gender, or alter their design in any way.
- You MUST credit the base creator when uploading anything that includes their bases.
- You must credit me with the design when uploading the file(s) sent to you.
- You are not allowed to resell the design for more than purchased unless additional art is added.

Cancellations
- If canceled within 24 hours of sending payment, you get a 100% refund.
- If canceled more than 24-48 hours of sending payment and I still have not finished your request, you get a 50% refund.
- If canceled greater than 48 hours of sending payment, I reserve the right to decline a payment if I have already completed the commission.
- After I have sent the finished commission, you will NOT receive a refund unless there is something greatly wrong with what I have sent you.
- Should you purchase a moodboard/surprise adopt, there is NO REFUND after you have received the file.

Art purchased from me is not to be used in the following ways;
- Anything of the of cub porn/pedophilic nature.
- In any sort of hateful speech/slander.

Should you not follow the terms of service, I WILL Blacklist you.
