It was a very nice day and I have been quite well. Been super strict with healthy living... seems to really be working! I can cut my meds dosage in half most days now

that's wonderful news!

my daughter too... she was having dizziness to the point of not being able to walk - something about crystals forming in her middle ear. She's doing prescribed exercises for eye focus and such and it seems to be working.

I am very very happy about that.
