So all these cute things you're posting... Can anthros be made out of them? Rather, can people make anthros out of them to play and get art, etc?

I mean im unsure about that one. some have high restrictions to reproduction by the original designers (like. mostly like 2 of them that i'll mark) otherwise people can make ocs of them im sure. i plan to make some adopts out of SOMe of them. anything made anthro wouldn't be canonical in the world of panvyn. I essentially would say itd be more of a fancharacter than anything. my restrictions are kinda *wiggles hand* unsure at the moment.

That sounds fair. I particularly liked the villagers dog and some of the other designs are great. Just sparks inspiration. :D
