TERMS OF SERVICE
By commissioning me you accept the fact I have multiple disabilities (chronic pain and mental issues) and that sometimes I cannot make art because of them.
Art waits should not exceed three months unless an emergency occurs.
This wait time is purely so I can produce consistent quality artwork. That I am not working when I am shaky and sick/in pain from my health problems.
Dispite my health issues I strive to prioritize my artwork and business.
I will not work with anyone under 18 unless I get approval from a parent over video call.
Payment is required before I begin making your art.
Payment through Paypal only please.
Or canadian e transfer (slightly discounted)
Payment plans may be set up for larger projects.
There are 3 phases to my art.
Sketch phase: I sketch your art and confirm the sketch with you.
Lineart phase: I line your art and confirm the art with you.
Painting phase: where I do multiple layers of watercolor
Art is confirmed through WIPS to see if you want anything changed.

🚫🚫🚫AFTER THE LINEART IS CONFIRMED, YOU MAY NOT RECIEVE A REFUND. 🚫🚫🚫
You have until before then to choose if you would like a refund if the art is not what you want.
The sketch can be changed.
If the lineart is not to your liking please ask me to re start your piece.
I am not responsible for the product once it enters the mail stream.
Confirmation and proof of mailing will be provided.
If it gets lost in the mail or takes longer than expected, I am not liable for refunds.
If product is lost in the mail, the client still owns the digital version of the art (uploaded photo)
