Never Forgotten, NEVER repeated

There's no point in hating life...
I think you all know what today is. And I cannot express my feelings enough towards the families of those who lost their lives on that awful day and to all the people who suffered in some way on Tuesday September 11th, 2001.
I have had a personal two minutes silence today, despite me not being American. I will never forget coming home from school to see the news reports on every channel which showed the live footage as two of the most iconic and beautiful works of architecture were destroyed in such a tragic and awful moment.
So, to everyone and anyone affected by such a terrible act, I would like to extend my feelings of sorrow and sympathy.
I felt i had to say something. Apologies if this in some way offends anyone.

I share in the feeling of sadness and I feel somewhat responsible. The bad thing is that here 9/11 came and went and nobody noticed. The government plays down 9/11 becuase it's a sensative issue. What's more, at my local mosque there were like, 50-something muslims who were REVELLING in 9/11! They were saying (all this in Malay of course) "Today is the day we remember in our islamic history as a day of great victory! Brothers, unite and celebrate the day 3000 enemies were wiped away with the blazing fires of hell, and those great heroes who the evil west call "terrorists" died in our name and have become martyrs!" Thankfully the cops showed up and detained the lot of them for disturbing the peace. It really sickened me to the core...
Let's remember the 3000 lives lost on this day 8 years ago, the day when the words "islam" and "terrorist" became synonymous and a great atrocity was committed
But you shouldn't feel responsible, Zear.
And I like it! Wish my name meant something good, But as far as i know Raime Newman isn't even in the English language. XD
I always liked Coda. As far as I know, A coda is the end of a song when the repeated melody (Riff, Verse, whatever) is played once more but in a slower, drawn out way to end the song. I really like the name, I think It's pretty.
But I'm not even sure if i want kids, to be honest...
Funny how our convo got from 9/11 to here... Wow...
But i can't stop! XD And yes, let us talk about it! You first! XD
Ah, this is my kinda surrealistic humour. XD
What watch do you have???
Umm, you do know I'm quoting hitchhiker's, right?
I never got to see the old tv series, since I don't live in england and I think that was before my time
It followed the story more accurately, but it included The Restaurant at the End of the Universe as well as Hitchikers.
Dude, I'm sorry man but i gotta go have dinner soon. But no school tomorrow, so I should be online at some point tomorrow! Speak again soon, buddy!
