I could try it! I thought most people look for traditional badges (then sending it laminated) than digital. I was open for badges for some time but I was getting less money than the time I spent on them so it didn't work with my style...

You might try a quick and dirty budget option.

How about digital Chibis or some other cute, quick, and cheap option (probably in the $5-15 range). Perhaps with a list of prompt ideas that people can buy (sort of like Inktober) or very quick concept sketches (like YCHs) that people can take to become chibis of their character. Some of the prompt ideas could be serious, like drinking coffee/tea, and some could be jokes/humor, like an IV (Intravenous therapy) of coffee or even drinking tea with a tentacle monster. Have fun with it and you'll have simple artworks that can be posted regularly between the larger normal commission and YCH's.

I've been around for a while so I remember some Journals by one of the first modern 'furry artists', by VickyWyman, that are now approaching a decade old that might be helpful to you. I looked around for the ones I remembered reading ages ago and came up with these:

Another idea/thought is to ask your watchers what sort of YCH they would like to see and be likely to bid on. That can make it easier to get bids on YCH's, especially ones that are for SFW art.

I once made some comments about how to design YCH's so they could be finished in multiple different ways, in order to allow them to appeal to more potential bidders. Here's a summary:

I enjoy seeing YCH poses that could be finished in many slightly different ways, such that the character expression or accessories can change the mood / theme / meaning.

If you want an idea that might be popular with viewers, Transformation Sequences or pictures of characters in mid-transformation (posted with the Transformation theme tag) get lots of views. A transformation theme can be finished as sexy (clothes ripping off, with rags or implied nudity but nothing specific showing) or non-sexy, so they can be finished in more different ways than a sexy pin up pose YCH.
