There will be updates to my Adopt rules etc in 2020, so prepare to see that. Some rules will be more lenient, and a few will be updated and sricter, like no longer accepting adopt exchanges with holds, especially when the adopt is being exchanged with a newer one I made. Will be posting the changes then. Mainly #7 on the rules list. Nothing extreme like holds etc, so don't worry there.
