I was listening to my favorite radio station, and this was during the hour where they take requests based on a theme of the day. When the host started the final song of the hour, there were sounds there that should not have been there, such as voices. It started to cut out, and the host came back on said they were going to try it again. This time, there were more extra sounds (I'm not sure if they were the same ones or new ones, but I think they were new sounds) and the song stopped again. I think that he tried it once more, and it wouldn't even start. After that he picked a random song that fit the theme. I have never even heard a second-hand account of something like this happening, but I'm glad I got to hear my favorite radio station spaz out.

Also, I managed to get through to the host with a request. He said that it would definitely get played, but it never did.
