I do know an artist that can make a picture of any character you want and you don’t even need a ref, just give them a somewhat detailed description and they will work with that and ask and make sure it’s what you wanted before you post it.

Depending on what kind of character you're looking for I could be up for it. I do enjoy designing character concepts.

First concept would be a black dragon who gets mistaken for being evil even though he is a big softy. Red glowing reptilian eyes, though he has six eyes, three on each side. Either they are in a line or triangle, can't decide at the moment. His head horns are shaped like hooks, there are four, two where dragons regularly grow their horns at the back of their heads and two near the corners of the jaw bone. They are dark grey, but are cracked with glowing orange lines and the tips seem to leak a fluid like magma. The Bridge of his muzzle to his trail on his back is armored like gators back, with smaller non-cracked horns sticking out from the edges. Nostrils glow orange as if his lungs are like a furnace. His inner jaws glow orange as well. Muzzle shape is like a enlongated like a tyrannosaurus rex. Two large fangs come down from his upper jaw like a siberian tiger. His under scales are a light grey, v-crested, his flanks and above are black scales big and thick like.

The second one is a shapeshifter, though her favorite form is a feral raptor form with some and her characteristics stay the same to each form she takes. Her coloration is brown and green, mostly because it allows her to meld in with her surroundings. Her raptor form has feathers along the back, but the rest of her looks more reptilian in nature. Was thinking of giving her a cobra like hood that comes out when she either wants to intimdate someone or scare them. She has a nose ring that hooks into her nostrils. Eye Color would be yellow. All I can think of at the moment
