Welcome to the new year and the new decade! Why not welcome both in style? And comfort! This meet we will be rocking our most amazing onsies and kigus to ring in the new year with our family! Bring your cutest patterns and your most comfy animal prints! Please remember to keep it PG.
As it stand right now there are no games planned as we have decided to hold a raffle instead! The prize is YOU get to chose the next meet theme (with admin approval) and plan February's meet! Please do not enter if you do not wish to participate.
Ticket purchases are as follows:
$0.25 per ticket
5 for $1.00
Bring and Item for the pot luck = 1 ticket
Limit 5 tickets per person
Games and events will be as follows:
1:30 PM Group Picture
2:30 PM Raffle

PLEASE MARK FOODS FOR ALLERGY WARNINGS!
Please remember that if you did not bring anything for everyone to share, that you take only a share for yourself (i.e. 1 hot dog, a handful of chips, one serving of soda because there is plenty of water, etc.). If this is not followed, actions will be take to ensure it does not happen again as this is becoming very unfair to those who do contribute to the meet and are not getting any of the food (even the food they brought) We like to make sure those that brought something get something in return :)
Please follow the rules as posted below to have the most fun yourself and allow the most fun for others!
MEET RULES:
1. Please respect other folk's property (suits, suit bins, purses, wallets, phones Etc.)
2. Please NO food or drinks at the fursuit tables.
3. Please let suiters know you are there before hugging/touching them unless previously agreed that it's okay to do so.
4. Respect that others may not have the same opinions you do, and that we are all there to get along in a safe environment.
5. Please clean hands only when touching suiters.
6. Please respect personal space. If you're asked to back off, or move away, no offense is meant. We need to make sure everyone has their comfort zones intact.
7. This is an AWOO free zone under or near the pavilion. We have people with auditory sensory needs and we must respect that.
8. Please only eat 1 share of food and only a few cups of soda. We keep running out of large quantities of food and drink before everyone gets there and we're fronting a lot of the bill.
9. Please understand that when an admin tells you something, we are not trying to be mean, we are simply asking you to follow the rules.
10. There is absolutely no smoking or vaping in or near the pavilion. We have had a few asthmatics have issues because some didn't follow this rule.
11. This is an alcohol free meet and park.
12. We do interact with other people not from our meet in the park. We ask that you have the best interest of our meet and the fandom in mind with these interactions and be on your most polite and best behavior.
13. Have a great time!
Also, as all meets are, we are a pot luck. You may bring something for everybody. If you do not bring anything for the group, please at least bring something for yourself. Water is provided due to rising potential of dehydration. =D ♥

Your donations helped out tremendously to ensure that we have a consistent place to go without having to move for someone else.
