I just saw from a post on both Anime News Network and the Kanzenshuu forums that former FUNimation dub VA Brice Armstrong, best known as the voice of Captain Ginyu (succeeding Dale Kelly) in most of the early-mid 2000's DBZ dub productions including video games plus the narrator of the original Dragon Ball series dub and 10th Anniversary movie (Path to Power) plus Lord Slug in DBZ movie 4 and many other roles in such dubs as Yu Yu Hakusho has passed away at age 84 from natural causes. This marks the first passing on the U.S. side of the franchise.

R.I.P and God speed Brice, you've lived a good long life and your performances will always be remembered by a great many anime fans.
