Atypical commissions?
would people be interested in some atypical commissions?
i do a lot of work in the "fabric art" category of things. i quilt, crochet, and cross stitch.
something like this i could do pretty easily: http://www.kellyskwilts.com/wp-cont.....ilt-012918.jpg
or a regular, non-themed quilt too! and t-shirt quilts! got a bunch of concert shirts you don't wear anymore but want to save? i can do that.
with crochet, i can make blankets and scarves, as well as plush toys! aka "amigurumi" - i can't really find anything in the nsfw category (even tho i know there are people who fuck plush toys out there) but i would be willing to experiment with testing patterns to make something you wanted.
cross stitch i can make anything. it doesn't necessarily have to be a set pattern either! pixel art is really, really good to use for cross stitching - as long as we can get the original artist's permission to use it in such a way.
experimentally - i could try partial (mostly tails and paws) making, maybe do some toy "editing" ?? not sure what that's actually called. adjusting maybe? idk man
comment below or dm me if this is something anyone would be interested in

here's a link to an imgur album, images should hopefully be labeled. https://imgur.com/a/wa1SPUh
the quilt tops are older - i can do more than just squares, but it's what i had available to take a picture of. the amigurumi is also up there, probs 2, 2 and half years at this point.
the dresden pillow (which is double sided) was a christmas present for my mom, made out of my grandfather's ties. but i can make them out of regular quilting cotton as well.
&yes, the quilts and crocheted blankets get expensive fast. for quilts the small/baby size (~40 inches x 50 inches) will run between $50 and $75. but the toys and small cross stitches will be much cheaper! it's more about the costs of materials more than anything
