Change in my ToS regarding shipping (important)

Hello guys!
I wanted to let you know that I edited my ToS regarding shipping. From jAnuary 2020 I only mail my art as regular letters, which means I don't send a tracking number. The change was made due to my current situation, I no longer live in poland (where registered shipping costs 7$), and now all my art is sent from Canada. Cost of the envelope, cardboard, the shipping and my time to drive to the post office is much, much higher now. I calculated that shipping to Canada and the US will be around 10$ (for one drawing). Since watercolor paper is heavier than normal printing paper, I also ask 3$ more for each added drawing (the heavier the letter, the more expensive shipping is).
I hope you understand. I'm not happy about it either, but with paypal fees already taking some of my money, with taxes, I can't afford to not raise the shipping cost. Especially that all that money goes on shipping cost and fuel.
I'll be also raising my prices for 2020, probably in the next 2-3 months. Im still new to full time freelance art and I can see it's very hard for me to hit to my minimum goal for a month, spending way too much time on commissions for the price I'm offering them. It's too much detail and too slow work combined. Im already working on my schedule and try to work faster without dropping the quality, but with current prices, Im not even making the minimum wage in my country. The change in prices won't be high, max 20-25$ for the most detailed types of commission, to 5$ for sketches. I hope you understand that!
I'll also try to look for more clients from different fandoms, mostly RPG characters (which I love to draw). I might post some art of them here even if it's mostly a furry site. It might me a nice change for you :)
