General update on commissions and other projects

-waves- Hey all!
It's been a while since I've updated anything to the gallery, so I thought I'd give a little status update as to why I've been so silent. Long story short, back in August my family and I moved out of state. The plan was to stay with a friend for a month, two months tops, which should be long enough for us to find and move into our new place. I only wish things had gone so smoothly. After three months of bunking with a friend, we finally found a place although it wouldn't be ready to move into until early December. It was early November at the time and the aforementioned friend was having family over for the holidays, so we took up the decision to stay in an air bnb until we could get into the house. We have two cats, which severely limited our options, but we finally found a one room bnb to rent. It's extremely tight for a family of three, plus two cats, but we could make it work until December.
And then the setbacks came. Early December became early January, which then became late January, and finally early February. Suffice it to say it's been a very trying time. Space is cramped, which has been very hindering for work. It's been all the more frustrating for me as it feels like my commission work keeps suffering setbacks, although it's a situation I can't really change. Plush work is very difficult to do here, as it requires space I currently don't have and all machines, fabric, sewing notions, and so forth have to be stowed back away at the end of the day to prevent the cats from messing with them, which I'm very conscious about. I'm devoting what time I'm able to my commissions, most of which are in the final stages, but things will be very slow until probably February 7th or so, which'll give me time to move into the house and get my studio set up. Once this is done, I should be in a position to get all commissions finished before March.
To my commissioners, I thank you again for your patience. I know my work time's really been suffering since the move, and the situation regarding my grandmother's health before that, although I'm quite confident this will be the last setback. I'm excited to get the new studio up, bounce back, and make 2020 a much better and more productive work year.
I hope you're all having an excellent year so far <3 as always, thank you for supporting me through watching my work!
