What I'm not going to draw/do YCH of:
Offensive and violent work such as rape, violence, drug use, child/cub, harassment etc.
Extraordinary fetishes/interests such as watersports, scat, diaper play, vore, extreme hyper, overly obese, vomit, extreme muscles, extreme body parts, etc
Please understand that for the time being; I am a base coloring artist. that means I buy or use free bases and edit them where applicable, to do art!
Characters: Appropriate reference sheet required for your commission. No overly bright or exotic colors, they are not fun to color. Please understand that not all species are easy to draw or modify a ych for. Canines and Felines prefered.
I DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH MINORS!!! This is not only illegal where I am, but an unsafe business practice and I do this to protect myself! I ask for a photo of yourself holding your government issued ID Card; address can be covered as I just need proof that you are over 18!
WIP: Line edits for YCH are sent out first for approval. Flat colors with body markings are sent next for approval. Finished work is sent for approval before posting and final file through email is sent!
Refunds: Refund is available until about 25% done with flat colors. After that refund will not be available since the hardest part of the commission is done for me.
Finished Products: You may not remove water marks from finished products. If the commission was a YCH base fill in, you may not remove the base maker's watermark if applicable. Please credit both me and the base maker when posting the art!
"Surprise" chargebacks will have bewares posted and blacklisted from commissioning! please discuss with me if you have any issues during the appropriate times!
I, like anyone, have the right to deny or take on work for someone's character for any reason.
Bullying, whining and being rude get's you blacklisted and bewared!
I reserve the right to have days off or personal days, which will fall on MOST (not all) weekends, and US government recognized holidays. I am human and have issues that have me take time off; wanted or not :p
I reserve the right to post art I have completed, unless specifically mentioned by the commissioning customer (delay posting for gifts/surprises is acceptable but PLEASE mention it before or during the process!)
please save your images as i cannot for the safety of my computer keep them all forever! you can ask for it again and i MIGHT have it laying around; but after i send the final product, i cannot guarantee i will keep the original file!!
ADOPTS & CHARACTER BUYING
Buyer has full rights to character after money is deposited (can change species, gender etc) unless specified on purchase; it will be very clear on the sale posting!
No "flipping";
Flipping is a term that means someone who buys adopts/characters for the [i]sole purpose of getting some art and/or immediately selling them for higher prices. I try to keep things fair; no one likes a scalper either.[/i]
Please credit me for the original design by either tagging me and/or linking back to me if you are posting online; It helps me as a small artist (plus its just common courtesy! ;) ) and of course do not forget to credit the original/base artist!
Custom Adopts;
Creations from scratch; (start at) $45-This means you have colors, a species, and gender/identity in mind; i will not make decisions for you, its YOUR character!
Previously Existing Characters Ref Sheet; (start at) $30- This means you have at least some kind of ref sheet already; or existing art that is decently accurate to the desired result.
Buyer may have someone change species, markings, gender, hairstyle/color, etc. I am willing to do the changes starting at "Previously Existing Characters" prices (above). I cannot send base/line files under any circumstances.

Do NOT under any circumstances use, reproduce, trace, or include my art, or commissioned work, into any Crypto OR NFTS transactions, sales, or advertisements! This includes non-tangible, digital tender.
Do NOT under any circumstances put my art, adopts, or any other products I sell, share or otherwise post through AI devices, apps, filters, or programs! I, like many artists and creators, DO NOT want my art put through AI programs for ANY reason. It may seem innocent, fun, and a "victimless crime" but it's not. By purchasing, trading, or any other means of receiving art from me, you agree to this stipulation-this also includes any art I post; personal or otherwise; IT IS NOT FREEE TO USE or otherwise allowed to be put through AI filters, apps, programs or anything like it.
By commissioning OR buying from me you agree that you are over 18 years of age.
