...With reliable work flow and quick turnaround time. I actually have money right now, but all my artist friends are either on hiatus, having trouble or just...AWOL. It bums me out, 'cause I so rarely have commission funds, but I've been doing well with my writing work lately and I want to get more work.
I'm at least waiting on one piece that should be in relatively soon. Just need more trustworthy and reasonably quick artists. Every time I get a new artist I have this trepidation about them, though; I've been burned SO many times now ;_;

Turnaround time is about 1 hour depending on subject matter.
He's always done a good job with me with relatively quick turnaround, depending on his workload.
