Commission Terms of Service 2020

These are the Terms and Services of Commissioning me. If you break these rules I WILL NOT accept your offer.
I will NOT accept requests including any of the following:
- NSFW
I will refuse to draw anything sexual or anything with genitalia or nipples.
- Torture / Abuse
No situations including any form of torment.
- Rape
No situations where the character is forced into non-consensual actions.
- Excessive Gore / Kinks
I do not do any type of kinks, and I will refuse your request if the gore you're asking for is too far.
- Racism / Nazi / Homophobia Ect.
I will not draw for you if you ask for anything related to: racism, homophobia, transphobia, nazis/fascists, oppression, or anything political.
- Incest
No romantic drawings between two characters who are related to each other.
Payment
I will be accepting PayPal only. Please make sure you have the static funds in your account before sending any money.
I'll be accepting the full payment before starting the commission.
You must make sure to have the full amount before approval.
PLEASE do NOT send any money before I have approved your commission.
Refunds
I will provide refunds under these terms:
If the Commissioner Changes Their Mind
If you change your mind anytime before I confirm a sketch to be drawn with your permission, you will receive the full payment back. Deciding to kill the commission anytime after the initial sketch while I already started working on it will give you a refund half the payment. This may be flexible depending on how much work I put into it, so you’ll be refunded more if it is killed early in the project.
If the Artist Changes Their Mind
I will try my best to finish any commission I accept, but if emergencies happen where I will have to end the project, I will refund the commissioner the full payment.
After Commission is Done
I will NOT allow refunds after the piece is finished. At no point after the project is completed will you be able to receive any form of refund.
During the sketch process, PLEASE look over it CAREFULLY and confirm everything is right BEFORE I start working on it fully. You will only get 3 edits. I will NOT be accepting any major edits while working on the commission.
When the commission is done I will send you a low-resolution copy of it to confirm whether it is fully done with you. I will post the commission to my social media accounts and website/blog. Note if you do not want me to post the commission online tell me during this process.
