RULES
- I draw after 100% prepayment. First I discuss the details of the drawing, then I send you the paypal bill. Also, only paypal.
- I will provide the thumbnail sketch for approval. At this stage any changes can be applied free of charge.
- I don't make corrections after the approval of the final sketch. Or I do it, for an additional payment. Please pay attention.
