Replacing Flash animations
Since Flash has been disabled on most browsers for a while now I'm going to begin converting older animations to the new interactive format. Furaffinity doesn't allow you to replace content of one type with another so these will appear in your submission inbox as new uploads.
I haven't done a full inventory of my animation archive yet, that is to say that I am not sure I have the source files to convert all of the old animations to HTML5, but where these are lacking I will offer the flash file as a direct download that you'll be able to play locally. If you want to play these and flash files from other creators in windows, you can download the "Flash Player projector content debugger" from https://www.adobe.com/support/flash.....downloads.html

I do find it a shame that Flash is dying, though. While it's not the best for videos, it's a good start for making games and animations since they're so easy to do in it.
Also, even if HTML5 support wouldn't work, I do think they should add support for video files in the future, it's weird not to have it since so many people upload videos here but have to use Flash or links in the description.
But people are stuck on flash because they're habituated to use it. They don't want to learn to use html5 for many of them ^^
They have one year to do that, because it'll be discontinued in December ;)

It's really cool that you're taking time to convert you're old work in html5 ;)
If you don't have the original file, you can download the flash uploaded on FA or e621 and convert it with online services or software like Adobe Animate ;)
You'll not have the better quality like this, but people can still see your art ;)
. So.... There's lots of reasons. Honestly the only reason to KEEP flash is that it's what everyone is familiar with.It kind of sucks that flash won't work on our browsers, but we can always just download the flash file and run it ourselves on desktop tools which have existed for forever.
I'll move those old submissions into Scraps so the comments aren't lost, but I'll re-upload the submissions as HTML5 onto my main gallery.
Glade to know at lest one artist is going to update their animations.
