Physical Pain caused by Herniated Disk
Back in the final week of January I started experiencing severe pain in my lower right back and intense numbness in my right foot that I tried treating with an ice pack before I was able to see a chiropractor hoping it would go away but unfortunately it didn't.
I then tried using a heating pack which helped relieved the pain but only temporarily and did exercises but that didn't do any long lasting results. So last night I was able to get an MRI done and gotten the results back this morning to learn I had a herniated disk in two locations that are the cause of my unfortunate troubles.
I plan to see my chiropractor again and see what they recommend but I've already discussed with my guardians that I will be doing physical therapy and an injection for immediate relief as I'm SICK and tired of the pain it's been giving me.
Before I had been able to see the chiropractor I remember waking up in the mornings with pain so severe I struggled to get out of bed, I even had to use a cane and the dresser next to my bed to help me move.
I just want this pain and misery to go away.
