Yeah as others are saying there's nothing indicating you are actually opening up commissions.

Update your profile page, have the commissions tab filled out. In short, the people above have the right ideas.

Make sure you make it easy to find the following:
• Your prices (with examples)
• Your ToS
• Commission status (Open, Closed, date of next opening)

The fewer the clicks it takes for an interested buyer to find these details, the better.
