Hey fellow artists, where do you go to get the fonts you use to make your comic pages? I feel like I could do with some better fonts than what Windows has by default.

Goodness- there are so many places! Da-font was an old one I used to use- if you want a professional comic font though I believe there are commercial options!

insomniacovrlrd makes many comics with custom fonts. Maybe ask them?

Where do you (and other comic makers) get the page layouts for those comics?

Fonts? No idea, though...

I just build my page layouts from scratch, create my own custom template and then use it for the duration of that comic series.

I'm no artist, but CC Wild Words tends to be the font I see most frequently used for comics.

Personally I always go to dafonts and 1001fonts. They're very helpful with finding nice fonts based on keywords for the sort of style I want, like "vines" or "8-bit".

CC Wild Words, there's also a generic 'Comic Book' font as well but I much prefer the former - especially in making joke out-of-context edits of doujins.
