No te preocupes, lo que debes hacer es aumentar tus defensas; (Vitamina A, D, C y el Zinc que es MUY importante) Comprar desinfectante en base de alcohol en gel (y hacer lavado quirúrgico a cada momento), spray (Desinfectar todas las superficies potenciales y tu ropa sobre todo al salir) y cloro para trapear los pisos, No Salir para nada y pedir las cosas por internet o simplemente comprar raciones para un buen rato.
Ademas lo mas importante es, mantener la calma ser optimistas y reír que eso ayuda también a las defensas.
