Expected abscense through 2020

First I want to recap what’s been going on for anyone who haven’t been keeping up. I have been unemployed since October and have yet to find a job. I have been living primarily off of unemployment insurance benefits, my parents dime, and some donations that come in here and there ever since. It has been enough to get by, but what’s more important is that my benefits will be running out soon and I need to do something to get income again.
This is why I am choosing to join a Software Engineer/Coding boot camp. The classes will last about 5 – 7 months and starts March 30th. I won’t immediately disappear at the end of the month, it is just the start of the classes. The first set of classes will be May 25th – July 3rd and will be part time, 4 days a week. Despite this I will still need to spend a lot of time on practicing and learning though so I don’t plan to be writing anything, recording anything, or even streaming too much once these classes start. I will still be around in the community though. Checking up on things and giving updates.
The last 3 months of the course will be between August 17th-November 21st and will be full time – 6 days a week of classroom time. During these three months I will not have any time to be in the community, create anything, stream, or do anything else that isn’t classroom material and that is why I am making this post. To inform everyone of this schedule and what is to come so that nobody is worried about my disappearance and absence.
What does this mean for my current roadmap? Well, I am sorry to say that the opening of the shop might be the last thing I will be able to do before deep diving into this course. I am sure you can all understand that I really need to start a career and this course is exactly what I need to make that happen. Once I come back I will pick up where I left off which will probably be creating that new story and continuing Brother’s Keeper as well as making a new hypno file once a month.
Even though the launch files aren’t ready I plan to take the website down for maintenance within the next week to get install and setup everything that way once it is all done I can press the button and have the shop open. Just making a heads up on that. The exact date and time will be given once I start getting that in line.
What about commissions? Obviously if I cannot focus on writing or creating anything then that means commissions will be closed until I complete the course.
What is going to be the worst part about all of this is that I will be losing my unemployment benefits while taking this class and this is where I will need help from you, the community, to help me through this time. Nobody has to, but it would mean a lot if you would help support me through this time by donating to me on supporting me on Patreon so I can afford food and gas. Every little bit counts.
