What exactly happened? Might be good to include the full story before sending people into panic and possibly smearing someone's name (also, showing their RL name and paypal email might be against rules)

this is 100% fraud

he bought ych at auction, received the finished work of art, and then a couple of months later returned the money to his account using the buyer's protection program from PayPal, which always sides with the buyer
then he deleted furraffinity account

Please note that call out journals like this that mention a specific person by their username or other info are against FA's ToS and this journal could get your account in trouble. Recommend posting this on an off-site resource instead like artist beware!

Sadly I dunno what to tell you, it's just against the rules to do that here and I don't think the spoiler will help. If the mods notice you could get a ban or other punishment. A lot of folks when they have this instead say what happened and mention you can contact them for details since that seems to be a loophole?
