BLFC ended up getting delayed till October/November. Honestly? I agree with that decision, but it does mean income will be lowered for awhile because of it. So, I'm opening up wing-it commissions in advance that I originally was going to have for the con itself.

There are more slots open this time than last, and no end date for the form itself. But, once they sell I won't be opening up slots for another month or two.
