By arranging any commission with me, you agree to these terms.
I reserve the right to reject any commission for any reason, but things that will lead to an automatic rejection include:
☆ Incestuous or pedophilic themes (including adult characters who could be mistaken for children)
☆ Extreme or violent fetishes, such as snuff
☆ Bigoted themes, promoting ideologies of racism, ableism, or lgbtphobia. Swastikas, for example, are a hard NO.
I typically prefer to send invoices on PayPal when the work is nearing completion, but I am willing to consider other payment methods and arrangements.
For flatcolor or shaded work, minor revisions (such as eye shape or ear position) may be made in both the sketch and lineart stages. Major revisions (such as pose or body shape), may only be made during the sketch stage. The first five minor revisions and the first major revision can be made for free. Additional minor revisions are $5 each and additional major revisions are $10 each.
Sometimes it is necessary to cancel a commission. If I am not able to finish a commission for any reason, I will let you know and provide a refund as soon as possible. If you need to cancel an illustration before it is completed, you may do so at any time. However, you will only be refunded if the work is not yet in the flatcolor stage, or the final stage for sketch and lineart illustrations.
Only myself, the person who has purchased the commission, and/or the recipient of a commission purchased as a gift may repost or otherwise publish the commissioned work. I will retain all copyright to the work itself, while the owner of any involved character will retain all copyright to the character.
Commercial use is NOT permitted for my commissions. If you would like my art for your book, video game, business, or other project, please contact me via email at acorisage[at]gmail.com to discuss arrangements for such a contract.
