Trust the Footer for it can tell no lies
One thing that I struggle with on here is just generally reposting my commissions. I've been in far too many circles that will absolutely detest such acts instead of linking back to the main submission, which always made sense from an artist's business side of things, but than my galelry stays empty and it seems like its normal here? Its just so odd.

I think the biggest difference is that most other platforms have some way to reblog or retweet or otherwise share the artist's post with your audience. On here there's not really a way to do that, so unless you're just making a journal for each commission you get, which really doesn't seem much better, then posting it yourself and linking to the artist's post/profile is the only good route left.
