For about a calendar year, I have essentially dropped off into being little more than a lurker, making the periodic comment on someone's submission, barely posting anything and letting commissions pile up.

I wanted to come back. I really did. I wanted to enjoy what I was doing, had done, wanted to do again. And for reasons that would sound like bad excuses to you, I could not, and did not.

But I let my skill atrophy and had to study and relearn my skills. I'm still a little rough, but application will get me back to speed, I think.

But just as I was set to make this announcement, tragedy has come to my home. I won't discuss it, frankly Its too soon and none of your actual business. But if I allow this to stop me just as I'm about to try to return again, when will I return?

So as of Friday March 26, 2020 I'm back on duty. I can't even apologize because that would sound false. So..
