Wassup guys, it's fuzzbutt Daniel again!!

Ahh, now here's a classic feeling: "I'm sure this is gonna be the one people flock to, I'm super-proud of this!!"
-nobody cares about it-

"Meh, better post this, I guess it's ok -- WHAAAA It's getting more views & faves whyyyy??"
So I posted this 3 days ago:

I spent a really long time on it. I thought dat booty was gonna be popular & might even attract watchers. I thought it was gonna get all the views & comments.
No dice.
Then a few days later I posted another pic. It got close to double the views, and more faves than the one I was proud of, despite how I felt it was just a mediocre, standard butt pic.
I know this sounds more negative than it is, mostly I just find it kinda funny how things go. I see a lot of artists out there who are like that. Harlan Ellison, for example, spent weeks, months possibly years on some of his stories he thought were gonna be massive, projects he was so proud of. And what actually got popular, got the big mainstream attention most folks know him for? A little short-story he wrote in one night in a hotel room. That story was I Have No Mouth and I Must Scream. Yeah, he thought that was just a throw-away gag of a story which had been itching in his brain for a while, yet it's his most iconic and easily identifiable work.
Just thought I'd note how funny things work out sometimes ^^

Anyways, I once commissioned an artist, to draw a character for me, that came out so well he uses the image in his professional portfolio, but it only got 4 faves.
I hope that at least being in their professional portfolio, it ended up working out for the best in the end
And yeah, no matter what happens, I'm always sittin there like a giggly little shit when the faves and comments start coming in.
Love it. Best feel.
And indeed, I always like to fave and often comment on your stuff. You do great work, and I wanna contribute to making your day brighter :D
Kinda funny I didn't get any comments on this for a full day until, like, a minute ago -- I just got done replying to someone and instantly yours is there only 2 mins after his! :D
I'll check out that pic as soon as I get through the 800+ pieces in my sub box. <.< I...let it get really backed up.
Heh no worries, is fine -- I know how stacked up the inbox can get. I eventually had to unwatch a bunch of folks because it was getting to be too much. I couldn't take in so many artists and their work every day so I'm maxing out at 200.
