I've just recently reached 3,000 watchers!
Really didn't think I'd reach this far so thank you all for supporting me over the past 2 years!
Not sure if I want or how I want to celebrate this milestone, so feel free to suggest something!

You could always do a raffle to mystery-tf one of your watcher's characters.
Or you could just sit back and drink some juice and enjoy your work!
I've seen some people open up raffles for free art for their watchers. I suppose another option would be discount prices for watchers for a limited time. I'd say do something that you will enjoy. If that means pausing commissions for a couple of days to make a personal art piece, or sitting back and chugging a gallon of orange juice, then have at it. This definitely isn't just about thanking all of us watchers. It is also a celebration in your honor for meeting a milestone. That's why, whatever you do (or don't do), make sure you enjoy it.
