Raffle time! (CLOSED)

Thank you for reading my journal ^.^ After you guys motivated me I decided to start the raffle right now :D
Before I start with telling the rules please be sure about this:
- I will discuss the idea the winner wants to get drawn.
- I will start with the picture as soon as the raffle is over.
- The winner decides if I show them WIPS or not.

If you are still sure about joining the raffle here are the rules, please read them and follow them:
- You have to be a watcher to join the raffle, new watcher are welcome.
- You have to comment under this journal, I will give you a number.
- Winner will be picked on random.org.

It's okay when you say that you are a new watcher and join for the raffle but other reasons would be nicer ^^'
