They have the ability to bring out the pleasure out of one being, it can be dangerous to some who experience this a lot since they can become a addict and want more from these yeens. Let's just say they have a addictive pheromone. Those who have common traits will have the ability to only affect one being. Someone who has a unccomon trait can go up to 3 beings at a time. Someone who has just one of the rare traits can affect 5 beings at once and also 1 of their own race at the same time. HOWEVER a succuyeen or incuyeen that has both rare traits are royalty and can affect up to 10 beings and their own races, their is no limit on how many they can control.
Common and Uncommon traits are in the lower quarters (civilians)
One rare traits are people in a higher status (duke/duchess, rich high society folks)
2 rare traits means you are blessed in royalty.
