Commission TOS

By commissioning me you agree to the following terms:
-I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time if they break these terms.
-Please be patient with me. I work a full time job outside of my art, so commissions are completed on my days off or when I have time. Depending on my Que a single commission will not take over a month unless stated otherwise.
-I reserve the right to abandon a commission if the customer is rude or pushy. I have a life outside my work. If there is a deadline you need me to meet tell me ahead of time. A rush job of less than 2 weeks may require a fee.
-Refunds are at my own digression.
-I do not start work until the invoice is paid. If the invoice is not paid in a timely manner (unless discussed), the commission will be abandoned.
-Communication about commissions will only be through FA/DA notes, or Discord if requested.
-Please send me links to references. Descriptions of characters will be accepted only at my digression.
-Payment will be taken through Paypal invoices.
-All genders, species, shapes and sizes are welcome. However, if you use a derogatory term when referring to them (cuntboy, dickgirl, ect) then I have the right to nullify our contract.
-Overly complex characters may be charged an extra fee depending on their complexity.
-Please relay any changes you would like made to the commission before it’s complete. A few small refinements are acceptable but having to redo an entire piece will result in an editing fee.
-A partial refund is available if the commission is not complete yet. Cancellation refund is as follows:
+Sketch = 100-75%
+Line work = 50%
+Anything beyond line work = 0%
+Commissions canceled at the sketch stage may be reused as a YCH later on. Commissioner does not lay claim to sketch work.
- My clients/commissioners DO NOT have the right to mint/sell their commissions for NFT.
-These TOS include Fa’s general rules and terms.
Will draw:
-Furries
-Monsters
-Sfw/Nfw
-Some humanoids
-Gore
Won’t Draw:
-watersports/scat
-babyfurs/cubs
-diapers
-Mechs/ complex armor
-Racist anything
-sexist anything
-wonder bread
My will and won’t draws can be updated at any time. If you have any questions on a possible commission please feel free to ask!
