When will we be back to normal?
This whole virus outbreak is driving me nuts. Everyone is busy with their own things, I got word I'm gonna have to wear a mask when I go to work, most of the places I want to go and visit are closed, I feel lonely here and there, and the deaths thanks to this virus are driving me to Worryville and back, especially about my friends and family members. This whole thing better go away real soon and everything returns back to normal. Hope we learn something from this.

Which is a good thing. The way things were allowed this whole fucking mess to begin in the first place. Now we are headed towards a new normal, where everyone (or at least everyone with their heads on the outside of their asses) will have different different priorities and different spending habits that reflect their sense of wishing they were better prepared for something like this.
The next coming months will be defined by a large but respectful majority recommending things be done more responsibly from now on, and a shrill psychotic minority demanding things immediately go back to when America was great again (sound familiar?) and threatening "second amendment remedies" to anyone who tries to stop them.
And what is the minority doing? Well, when they're not squealing their lungs out about the gender of a plastic potato, they're plotting the next armed insurrection.
Emphasis on that word "next". As in the aforementioned psychotic minority has already attempted to undo any and all changes by force once already.
Why do I think that? Because that's exactly what's happening right now.
