🌸Hello! This is my Terms of Service info for my commissions! Please read all and make sure you actually read everything before commissioning me :)🌸
°°TOS.°°
°° 1:any and all Com's will take me a few days to a week at most to finish! Please do not force me to rush as i do take pride in the art i make!.
°° 2: I ask that you please understand that i do have other personal life things i take care of so if im not instant to reply or send wips this is why.
°° 3: i dont do refunds once the piece is has been approved by commissioner in line-art form!(read term 6 about approval)
°° 4: if i am to make you a custom i ask that you do not resell/trade/give away said custom within a few days of receiving it unless it is discussed with me and that the custom has more art other then the piece i have made!
°° 5: any and all adopts i make are not to be resold for more then bought unless you have paid for more art of them!
°° 6: if you are unhappy with a piece in line-art form please tell me what you would like changed, added or fixed!! Please dont just say you like it and then turn around telling people i did a bad job.
°° 7: if you commission a NSFW piece from me i need valid proof of Age(ID, Birth certificate, ect.) I refuse to do nsfw art for anyone under 18!
°° 8: if i have a list of com's i am working on you will need to be patient as i will get to yours as soon as i can! Once i am starting yours i will tell i have started yours And you will only have a week at most from that date till i am finished!
°° 9: i will NOT do any sort of mecha, super complex designs, abuse, cub/child nsfw, Vore or extreme gore art so please dont ask!!
°° 10: i can and will try some Fetish type art but i will need to discuss with you what it is first so please dont get mad if i say no. Its just i dont like or wont do certain things that make me uncomfortable please understand that.

°° 11: if i happen to let you know that something has come up and i will have to take a bit longer to finish your commission please understand it means my mental or physical health is not good. And i will get to yours as soon as possible.
°° 12: i do accept payment plans on Com's as long as you can pay at least pay $5-$10 at the start and pay the rest before i finish and send the final piece!(i have been scammed waaay to many times.
°° 13: always credit my art no matter where you post it! Do not claim the art is yours or anyone elses if i am the one who done it! I will have my signature on the art so please dont remove it at any cost!!.
°° 14: i only take Paypal Payments!
due to i have a credit card with them! So no i dont take venmo, messenger money, or anything else just PAYPAL!!
°°15: please understand that my TAT(Turn around time) can be changed to longer or even shorter it just call depends on my health and family matters. But for the most part like i said it can be anywhere from 3 days to a month AT MOST!! so please! Be patient with me!
°°16: If you have a problem payment or time wise please discuss it with me! I am a very understanding person and i can possibly work something out with you depending on what it is.
°°17: Any Coms i do that require me to work on a Base! Please understand that no i did not make the base and that you must also Credit the Base maker and myself when you post the art work anywhere! And if you have a base you would like for me to use! Please!! Send me a link to the Creator of the base! I need to know their TOS and be able to give them credit as well.
