Weekly Pokemon widening 27/4 - VOTING CLOSED

This week it's going to be between a handful of pokemon. When there's no restrictions on who anyone can vote for the votes get spread too thin and a large majority of pokemon end up getting only one vote. This way there's a better chance that something you vote for will be chosen. I'll cycle through similarly shaped pokemon over the weeks to try and give a fairly decent spread over all the different types.
