By working with me, you agree to ALL of the following posted rules in tangent with the artwork you purchased (including YCHs, Adoptables, collaborations, and commissions).

Before you proceed you MUST read my Terms of Service so you fully understand the process and what you are responsible for, as well as what I am responsible for. I will not be held liable if you neglected to read the rules.

TERMS OF SERVICE

1. GENERAL RULES
● You must be 18+ in order to commission me.
● Read the T.O.S. before commissioning me. By working with me, you agree to all of the terms listed.
● I reserve the right to turn down a commission.
● You may NOT under ANY circumstances use my art to generate AI images. This includes training, modifying, animating, or any other AI applications. Doing so will result in a DMCA takedown and blacklisting from any future commissions.
● Payment is up front, through PayPal. No E-checks, USD only, and an invoice will be sent which must be paid within 24 hours. Please have payment ready at the time of purchase.
● Commissions are for personal use ONLY. Certain rules and restrictions apply for merchandising, please contact me for negotiations.
● Commissions are not worked on in the order in which they are received. Rush orders can be accommodated, but they must be specified at the time of ordering/payment.
● At least ONE visual reference is required. Different rules apply for customs, and are handled on a case by case basis. Please contact me for more information.
● Written proof is needed for gifts. Send me a screenshot with the party member(s) involved stating "I give [your name here] permission to use my character."

• Underage Characters
• Hardcore Pornographic Material
• Macro/Micro
• Extreme Hyper proportions (globe sized etc)
• Extreme weight gain/Blob
• Graphic/Disturbing imagery (This does not include fictional gore/candy gore ect.)
• Taurs (chakats) or Feral animals
• Fully Robotic Characters
• In the style of another genre such as Anime or MLP
• Chaotic Character designs

3. THE ART PROCESS:
● After payment as been received, I will begin sketching your commission once it is next in line.
● During this time you MAY:
● Ask for WIPs.
● Request small changes, free of charge.
● Request a new pose
● Once the sketch has been approved, I will begin coloring and lining your commission.
● Additional requests for changes will result in additional charges, as changes during this phase are much more difficult to complete.

4. REFUNDS:
● Refund will not be issued after a piece has been complete.
● Refunds can be discussed if progress has not begun on your commission.
● In-stream commissions are non-refundable, period.
● If you fail to provide necessary references, I am not held responsible for unsatisfactory results.

5. CREDITING & REPOSTING:
● ALL ART THAT I CREATE MUST BE CREDITED TO ME WITH A LINK TO ANY OF MY ACCEPTED SOCIAL MEDIA. (Twitter, FA, or otherwise)
● I reserve the right to post the high resolution finished work to my Patreon.
● I reserve the right to publicly display, advertise, post, or not post, all of the art I create.
● I reserve the right to use any artwork I create, including commissions, for commercial purposes such as merchandise, though permission will still be asked.
● If you wish to keep a commission private, and not posted publicly on any of my social media or used for commercial purposes, I will charge an extra 30% on top of the total cost of the commission. I use commissions to promote my work, and removing that removes my ability to reach new clients, support myself day to day, and grow as an artist.
● I have absolutely no problem with art re-posted to your page if you were the one who commissioned the piece or you own the character.
● Once you receive your commission it is respectful to wait until I have posted it to my page before you post to yours, though not required.
