Hey, so, I've decided to create a fursuit head. Not my first attempt, I'll admit, but this one is turning out far better.
I've already got the head structure and foam work done, by my opinion, but I need some help with patterning.
I'll post some images later of the head so it can be Judged ™.

How would you personally pattern fur? Scotch tape, then tape over it with duct tape? Just duct tape?
When you do pattern curved surface, and the tape keep it's curved shape, does it matter with fur work if you have to cut allowance seams, or just plaster the tape flat onto the fur?
