Tail update & new miniseries!

Hello all! I hope you're safe and well out there in these strange times. Hopefully this fandom and all of the content it produces are helping to keep you occupied and entertained.
Tail chapter 21 just went up – hooray! - and don't worry if you haven't read it, there will be no spoilers in this post. The series is (finally) coming close to its conclusion, but as you are no doubt aware I am not the speediest uploader out there. So, I have made a decision: there is going to be a larger delay than usual between this chapter and the next. This is because I want to have the final chapters of the story all drafted and ready for editing before posting any of them. This way I can be as confident as possible in my efforts to bring this story to it's conclusion, and when the story does resume I will be able to post the final parts at a more consistent and rapid pace. I expect the time between now and the next chapter of Tail appearing to be roughly three months, give or take.
Between now and then, however, I plan to post chapters from a new miniseries called 'Ribbon'. Ribbon shares some DNA with Tail in terms of a similar setting, tone and even a few themes - I expect (or hope!) that most fans of Tail will enjoy it – but it is ultimately its own beast with its own unique overarching themes, a very different structure and its own story to tell. The series is drafted in full already and will consist of 10 chapters. Note that these chapters are significantly shorter than Tail chapters. I will begin posting the story in two weeks and then continue to post new parts every two weeks after that, either until it reaches its conclusion, or with a break to fit in the final chapters of Tail. You read that right: consistent uploads from Marthell. Hold your applause.
After both of these series are done, what's next? Well, first off I hope you'll all stick around. I have many plans and ideas for potential new ongoing series', short stories, miniseries' and perhaps even a Tail followup/sequel. The point is I'm not going anywhere any time soon and if you enjoy my content you should stay.
