As the title suggests, I'm looking for an artist who can draw a reference sheet of a Lucario OC with a few modifications to go with it. If you are open for commissions or know someone who can deliver a reference sheet within the next 3-4 months of a custom Lucario OC, please make yourself/that artist known.
