I ain't gonna give names, but for any of you who has been in my social circles may well know what I'm about to say here.
I am making this journal to make it really clear that his childish behavior is not to be tolerated and he needs to be told that he cannot just steal a character he no longer owns. I can even provide links to his Twitter as he started to use my character there. This person is even specifically using a PFP cropped from the refsheet I got for Jreid, from an artist he is blacklisted from. Comes to show how immature he can be when he disregards human decency and goes against peoples wishes.
If you are reading this and you are somehow on his side; please reconsider. No doubt he's only just telling you that he's a victim, that he was haggled, abused, any sort of word that can somehow relate to his narrative. The only thing that did happen was consulting the price of the character as he had already done things that sullied his name and he FULLY ACCEPTED selling Jreid at a lower price when it was made clear to him that what he did deserves Jreid to be sold at a lower price. He will deny this fact, but it is true. There was no enforcing as he was able to back out of this up until selling the character, he had every moment to think this over and now that he cannot get him back by just simply talking to me, he is trying to convince anyone and everyone that doesn't know his past to join his side and harass me and condone him stealing a character and thus stealing artwork.
He needs to be stopped and he needs to understand what he is doing.
If you see anything posting art of Jreidariux Slimetail, Ryuto Dariux, or any art that pertains to a golden rubber/latex dragon, report them. The only exception will obviously be artists that I commissioned or have those who are included in my commissions of these characters. I will assume that they also will mention my FA name in the desc. of the picture. If you find anyone that may be suspect, please send links to me so I'm aware and I'll tell you if they are someone I trust or not. It is clear now that there is a person who used to own Jreidariux and is so butthurt that he no longer owns him that he is going so far to illegally claim him. I cannot name his profile obviously, but those in my social circles will know who I am talking about. For those that know me well and know the situation, I will say that you should definitely keep an eye on him because he is disregarding selling the character to me as well as the contract that covers the purchase of the character, the suit AND the copyright of the character.
He is by no means allowed to use the character no matter how hard he may whine, argue, and flat out ignore logic and proof. You can feel free to speak to him, tell him he's wrong, he will shut you out because he loves his echo chamber way too much. it's been over a year as well, which means that the legally binding contract is even more solid. Keare isn't the character locker where you can pawn off a character for money and then expect to take it back whenever you want as they polish up much of the social stigma you put on the character.
Not quite. He doesn't call you out (which is what got your journal taken down), just that someone is going around using his character (which everyone who's seen everything knows you're violating your agreement to do and lying about being forced into it)

If that were true, your last dozen attempts wouldn't have been shut down so peacefully.

Yet he did you the honor of taking him anyways so that you could get a fresh start, which you're now pushing yourself into the hole that you had sold Jreid to get out of in the first place.

THAT'S what got your post taken down too, and yes, that's the narrative you have been pushing.

That was because he would have to shoulder the burden of the sins you committed with Jreid then, which he managed to wash away (and why you now want the character back). His advice now is to not show you any quarter, which Keare is taking. Your case would have been effective if you took it in a month or 2, but now, over a year later... You're just making yourself look like a joke at this point.
