Uncreditworthy customer I met.

I do commissions for about two years.
I really appreciate everyone who like my animations and arts.
But,this is the first time I met a uncreditworthy customer who didn't paid the animation.

And he didn't reply my notes after he read them.
He paid the payment at the begining.After he got the animation,he malicious refund from the financial institutions without my permission.Now the payment was been frozen.
This artist was fraud by this guy too:https://artistsbeware.info/beware/s.....ghost244-r495/
Just want to warn the artists be careful with this guy when you make deals.

I just wanted to say it might not be a good idea to publically call them out, because it would just make them delete their account and create a new one to do the same thing again under a new name. There are other websites to warn artists of potential issues but keep up the hard work!
