YAY for old and fascinating links

Occasionally I come back accross old stuff, so I figured id share this one with everyone.
This is a database created by the all awesome Fred Patten. Otherwise known as the creator of yarf
Everyone knows that furry has been around since the dawn of mankind. Cavemen were drawing anthro sabertoothed tigers mounting each other, and the cavemen since they were smart enough to pick up a burnt stick and use it as a writing instrument. Granted, im sure their porn was a far cry from the wonders of such masters as Doug Winger and Narse(yes, im being ornery), but seriously, furry fandom went back for quite a while, and its quite interesting to see that someone sat down and wrote out the last 50 years of influence that we have seen, especially the flux of cartoons that appeared in the late 60s and onward.

I just figured id share this with everyone. and yes, feel free to post odd links like what I posted. Im looking for information on the furry fandom that we all probably dont know about, like dates of major events, names of major people involved in influencing or building the fandom into what it is today. Im quite surprised that there arent that many furries who are curious about our history.

Thank you for sharing this with the rest of the anthropomorphic fun loving world. I've been thrashing in the fur since the 1980's and they didn't seem to miss anything I’d find important. Still if you want to discuss random implications of our history or literature feel free to message me, however you seem to have quiet a vast holding of knowledge at your disposal, something I respect and there seems not much I can give.
