° By sending payment, you agree to abide by my Terms of Service.
° Digital commissions = digital artwork. Traditional commissions = digital photography of the traditional artwork.
° Full Size drawing in PNG via Note on a Stash link.
° I have the right to refuse to make an artwork.
° Only me and the client can use the commission.
° Saving the artwork and checking the Trello is responsibility of the client, not mine.
° Commercial artworks = x3 final price, like:
- Reproduction on products which will be selling.
- Make profit to attract attention [Banners, business cards, etc]
° Colors may change to fit into the illustration.
° I don't work with descriptions or collages unless is a Custom!
° The prices may change [For a promotion or because I update my info]. Commissions who I accept before that aren't affected.
° The discount on Fanarts don't aply on Canon X OC/FC or Customs.
° 3 times on my Grey List and I'm going to add you to my Black List.
° Please be profesional with your commission request. Commissions aren't a way to be friends with me. I apreciated the intention but I'm only going to work on your commission, I'm not be your friend.
° If someone scam you with any of my commissions, adoptables or YCHs, please tell me the username of that person to make a beware. Sadly, I will not pay you back or make the commission you got scamed.
° Ask any question on the Comments or via Notes/DM.
Copyright & Permissions
° As the artist, I will retain rights to the artwork and I can do with the image everything I want, for example:
- Upload the image on my Social Meidas.
- Use the artwork to promote me.
- Publish books with the artwork.
- Post the WIP, early finished image and Full-sized on Patreon or any other site I want.
° As the client, you are allowed to:
- Re-upload the artwork on any Social Meida [non-profit] giving me credits as the artist every time you do it.
- Reproduction of the artwork on products [cups, t-shits, etc] as long as it's for personal use.
- Use it as a decoration or profile photo on any Social Media, as long as it's for personal use.
- Pay a x2 of the original price for the Privacy option. Being anonymous is free however.
° As the client, you aren't allowed to:
- Modify, trace, edit, copy or add elements to my artwork.
- Reproduce the artwork for commercial use [Only if you don't pay the price triple]
- Claim the artwork as yours.
- Erase my watermark.
Backgrounds
° None = white line around the drawing.
° Flat Color = solid color.
° Simple = simple shapes or gradients.
° Semi Complex = a place with a few elements on it.
° Complex = a place with a lot of elements on it..
° All "Misc", Sketchs and Flat Color Sketchs only have the predetermined acording to it's type.
Payment Process
° Full payment upfront with USD via Paypal Invoice!
° I don't accept art, charactes, gift cards, cupons, recognition, your friendship or your soul as payment.
° I don't do holds and I won't be flexible with prices.
° I do payment plans for commissions above $150.
° You must be the owner of the PayPal account, or must have explicit permission from the owner.
° 48 hours to send the payment or I will cancel your order and add you to a Grey List.
NSFW
° IMPORTANT! DON'T COMMISSION ME A +18 ARTWORK IF YOU ARE'T THAT MINIMUM AGE. I AM NOT RESPONSABLE FOR IRRESPONSIBLE CUSTOMERS WHO VIOLATE THIS RULE AND IF I FIND OUT THEIR INTENTIONS THEY WILL GO DIRECTLY TO MY BLACK LIST.
° A NSFW drawing involves artistic nudity, gore, porn, erotic content and fetishes.
° I'm ok with NSFW references!
YCHs
° I work with multislots YCHs.
° Your character need to fit into the YCH.
° If someone file a chargeback on a commission, I have the right to make it as a YCH.
° Sometimes I will do a multislots auctions from YCHs. That means that I can open it many times but each one as an auction.
° Sometimes I will do a multislots YCH with multiples characters. If you want it, you will be placed on a waiting list untill every character is filled. After that I will ask you for the payment.
- If you enter on the waiting list and then when every character is claimed you change your mind, your username will be added to my Grey List.
° Sometimes I will do collabs YCHs. You will need to read my Terms of Service and the ones from the other artists as well.
Adoptables
° You can change the design slightly.
° You can choose age, gender, sexuality, history, personality, etc.
° Give me credit for the design at least one time.
° Never remove my watermark from the adoptable I drew.
° The Closed Species || Semi-Open Species || Open Species have their own rules.
° I someone file a chargeback on a commission, I have the right to make it as an adoptable.
° You can resell the adoptable at an equal or lower price.
° Never resell it at a higher price unless it comes with extra content:
- I consider extra content some illustrations, icons, GIFs, etc.
- Don't resell it at a higher price just because you have a quick sketch. Elements only on Fullcolor or Cell Shading.
° You can trade or gift it, but then you or future owners can't resell the adoptable never.
° The MYO and Species can only be gifted or traded for other Species or art, never resold.
° Let me know when the adoptable || Design changes owner, so I will content them and avoid confusing them as a thief.
° When you trade, gift or resell the adoptable, remember to put this Terms of Service so the new owner will know the rules with the design.
How to Order
° Use notes or DM! Don't use the comment section please!
° Use the correct Ordering Form. You can send multiples Orderings Forms on the same Note/DM.
° Max 4 characters per commission. Each extra character is +100%.
° NSFW is +50% of the base price of the character. If I don't see your age on your profile, I'm going to deny any NSFW Commission request.
° Wait for my answer to discuss details if necessary.
Work Speed
° Once the payment has been made, you will be added to my Trello.
° The time for a single artwork is 2-15 business days [not from the time it is added to my Trello]
° The most you'll have to wait for your commission is 3 months if I don't have to many on my Trello, and 8 months if my trello is with a lots of commissions.
° If you need the artwork to be delivered on a certain date ask for a Faster Delivey.
° I'm a college student, that means that somedays I will need full days for homework, studing for exams and do proyects. I also need to do my part on my home life such as clean the house, wash the dishes, go out to buy food, and so on. I promise I will work hard on your commission but please be patience with me. Remember that on my Trello I have all the important updates of your commission and of my life.
Changes
° Only 2 changes can be made to the artwork. The first when I send the WIP and the second when I finish the artwork.
- In the first change indicate if you want a change on the pose, expression, perspective, etc.
* I won's send WIP sketch to the following types [Sketch | Flat Color Sketch | Any Sketchpages]
° After 1 week, if you don't reply anything about the first WIP, I'm going to continue and you will losse the right to ask for changes.
- On the second change there will be corrections on small details that I have forgotten.
° After I start a commission, if I consider it's too complex, I will send you a concept WIP sketch so you can tell me if you want any changes. Then I will send you a more detailed WIP sketch but I will not make any importan change.
° For each extra change [third change forwards] you will be charged an extra 30% of the final price.
° If I got artistic freedon [Let me choose pose, background, etc] I will not make important changes.
° After 1 week, if you already have the commission done, I will not make any more changes.
Refunds
° No refunds!
° If I can't complete your commission, I will personally refund you the money but not the transaction fee.
° If you want me to cancel the commission I'm going to stop drawing but I'm going to keep the money, remember, no refunds!
° If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers. Also note that you will be blocked and you won't be able to purchase anything from me anymore [commissions, adopts...]. Your name and info will be publicly posted everywhere for others to watch out.
